Mental Health and Social Media Interview with TAMUC

Hello everyone!

I’m getting back into the swing of things by posting one my favorite interviews that I’ve done with Texas A&M Commerce. In this interview, I once again have the pleasure of being interviewed by Dr. McShane regarding the link between social media usage and a decline in mental health. While our technology has created unlimited advancements throughout the world, in the realm of mental health, we’ve seen a steady decline of good healthy habits and an increase in maladaptive behaviors and thoughts.

I hope you enjoy my interview with Dr. McShane.
