Hello everyone! As we turn the corner to spring, I thought it would be neat to revisit my interview I did with Texas A&M University over SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder). SAD is a form of recurrent depressive disorder. While depression can strike at any time, this type of depression focuses on the onset of depressive episodes at a specific time of year (ie summer or winter).
